Cheree Winterbottom
Protection Case Manager
With an extensive background working in Administration, Cheree joined Johnny’s team in 2021 as his Protection Case Manager.
In early 2024 and working closely alongside Johnny, the decision to launch Protect Mortgage Solutions was made, and she has become a dab hand at all things office administration as well as turning her hand to management of our Social Media pages.
She thrives on providing a personalised friendly service to all clients and is always on hand to assist where required.
Her weekends are mostly spent with her family, enjoying the beaches along the Moray coast.
Shona Sangster
Mortgage Case Manager
Although new to Protect Mortgage Solutions, Shona has been Johnny’s Mortgage Case Manager since 2018. She brings a wealth of experience, along with an extensive expertise not only in mortgage administration but also in insurance administration.
This combination of experience makes her an asset to our team, capable of handling complex tasks with ease and efficiency while delivering excellent customer service.
At home, she a devoted mother to two grown up children and a wee Cairn Terrier. Despite her busy family life, Shona finds time to indulge in her passions, which reflect her love for nature. She is a keen gardener and enjoys camping trips with her family.
